RTM LIGHT
(RTM ECO)
RTM Light technology is an economical process well suited to small and medium-sized production runs.
It is also an interesting solution when a large number of different parts need to be produced using simple, inexpensive means.
RTM Light machines from MATRASUR Composites are available in a range of flow rates from 0.5 l/min to 40 l/min.
A wide range of accessories is also available to optimize injections and productivity: resin metering, automatic presets, automatic controllers, resin heaters, catalysis defect alarms, overpressure alarms and prevention systems, rinse alarms, etc.
Our machines handle all types of resin: polyester, epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic…

Matrasur Composites’ injection machines cover a large range of outputs going from 5cc/min to over 40L/min in all pressure ranges. Our RTM injection units can be integrated into turn-key systems under the name RTM Concept
