Matrasur Composites is the manufacturer of a range of machines for thermoforming large parts: the MATRAFORM range. The time required to change moulds and tools is particularly low, thus allowing a significant gain in productivity in the thermoforming process.
For specific applications such as the production of Spas from 4mm thick thermoformed acrylic sheets, Matrasur Composites supplies thermoforming machines specially developed for large parts.
In order to determine the most suitable machine for your production, we need to know: the dimensions of your parts (height, width, length and thickness), the material used, and your production rate.
